Hola and welcome to my little corner of the world!

Hi! I’m Germina Paola! I was born in Manila, Philippines and spent most of my childhood in Cavite, a province south of Manila due to my family's business. At 16 yrs old, against my father's wishes, I solely decided to moved back to Manila and finish my Management degree at St. Paul University, a private Catholic school managed by nuns under the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres. Since then, Manila officially became my home.

I also studied Fashion Marketing & Branding at SoFA Design Institute, a representative of the European design school Instituto Marangoni and had the opportunity of working in the fashion industry for a few years.

Despite the exciting world of the fashion industry, I opt for a career break and embark in travelling the world learning different cultures. Thus this experience paved the way of my wellness journey and a wonderful path of self discovery.

Together with my management & marketing background, I had the privilege of working internationally with leading healthcare providers in the field of Psychology, Nutrition, Behavioral Health, Naturopathy, Kid's Health, Women's Health and Integrative Medicine.

As I always have a childlike sense of wonder, I immersed myself into yoga, meditation, Eastern & Western philosophy, somatic & embodiment practices, Jungian Psychology and Asian American/Multiracial Psychology.
